The journey to own a dream house ain’t that easy, imagine the hard work and fortune you need to spend on it. I always wanted my own house, have my own space, build a family and live in cozy home. And I’d got you! Some of my friends already had married, owned a few properties and started their business but as a late boomer (myself) I’m happy what I having now. This is just a starting point and more to come towards me. Blessing I have you by my side together for 8 years. In my kitchen #stayhomeandcook finally able to showcase my skill after learning this delicious and yummy cucur udang from my mum. Usually I don’t made it myself, everytime when I back to Ipoh she will make these for us. A simple cucur udang’s recipe if you want to do it yourself at home. Ingredients: 200g Adabi Shrimp Fritter Flour 100g Beansprout 1 stalk Spring onion (cut in cube) 3 large eggs 200g king prawn (cut in cube) Pinch of salt & pepper (more flavour) Half cup of water (slowly pour and stir) Directions: 1. Put all the ingredients into a big bowl and well mixed together until become liquid pastry. 2. Heat the oil for 10minutes, when it’s ready scoop the pastry and pour into the wok to deep fried it. 3. Wait for 3-4minutes till it turn into brown and golden cucur udang, drain the oil and put on top of oil-absorbency towel. 4. After it’s done, pair it together with chilli sauce (Kampung Koh) #cucurudangadabi #tepungcucurudang #cucurudang #adabimalaysia
